Our painting procedures are as follows 1-Surface protection to avoid getting dust or paint on any items of your property that we are not painting. 2-surface cleaning to avoid painting over greasy or soiled surfaces that can affect the adhesiveness of the paint. 3-repairing of any nail holes or damaged drywall or plaster using the proper compound. 4- sanding of the entire surface that is to be painted to remove all Boogers (debris), and to remove any sheen on the previous coat of paint that might affect paint adhesion. 5- primer application to the substrate (surface to be painted), also to promote adhesion and add hide to the previous color. last but not least 6- the application of 2 coats of paint to the substrate (wall or surface to be painted).

THIS WAS A COMMERCIAL PROJECT IN ANAHEIM
We sanded the walls, did repairs, added primer and painted the whole clinic using a low VOC paint. A hybrid paint was used for the metal door trim.

In Santa Monica We handled the most tedious project. As a team, we stained the siding on this house by hand along with painting the wooden gazebo in the patio area.
Our customer "Shirley" needed a quick turn around and a change of ambience for her ADU so we offered her a great price and gave her a full prep, prime, and paint we even painted all the Doors at an afordable price.
We take every measure to protect your property. in this project we used ram board to protect the floors.
